September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

Childhood Cancer Awareness Month enables us to highlight the impact that cancer has on a child and their family.

Cancer has a huge impact on families, not just physically but also financially, practically and emotionally too. Last year, we helped families across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and in Great Britain by providing a FREE Buff Bandana to babies, children and young people with a cancer diagnosis. This may sound like a simple thing but the impact is huge.

We recognise the strength and bravery that children and young people have when faced with a cancer diagnosis and we want to try and help them keep their confidence and their spirit in their fight against cancer. We know that by providing a FREE Buff Bandana we are, in some way, helping them and their families.

Please help us to continue supporting families. By giving just £5 per month we can support more children with cancer in Northern Ireland. Sign up here.
